The lyrics of Viti Ruiz's song "Una Cara Bonita" are emotional and speak of heartbreak and betrayal. The first stanza starts with the line "Flaca no me claves tus puñales por la espalda" which translates to "Skinny, don't stab me in the back with your knives." The singer tries to convince himself that he is not hurt, but the repetition of the phrasing "no me hacen mal" (they don't hurt me) might suggest otherwise.
