Girls, Girls, Girls, Girls
Girl.. Girl.. Girl.. Girl...
Everything I do
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
Everything I do
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
Girls, oh girls
They turn my mind, around in circles
Oh girls, oh girls
They turn the world, around in circles
Everything I do
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
Everything I do
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
I do it for a girl
Girls, oh girls
They turn my mind, around in circles
Oh girls, oh girls
They turn the world, around in circles
Girls, oh girls
Girls, oh girls
Girls, oh girls
Girls, oh girls
The Walter Meego song Girls is a catchy tune with simple lyrics that repeat the phrase “Girls, Girls, Girls, Girls” continuously throughout the song. However, upon closer inspection, the lyrics reveal a deeper message. The singer admits that everything he does, he does it for a girl. This could be referring to his desire to impress a specific girl or perhaps all girls in general. The repeated chorus of “Girls, oh girls” reinforces this idea that girls have a powerful hold over him.
The lines “They turn my mind, around in circles” and “They turn the world, around in circles” suggest that the singer is constantly thinking about girls and how they make him feel. The idea of being turned around in circles could represent the feeling of being caught up in an endless cycle of desire and admiration for girls.
One interpretation of the song is that it portrays the societal pressures placed on men to constantly seek the attention and approval of women. The lyrics suggest that the singer is willing to do anything for a girl, implying that he is willing to sacrifice his own identity or values to please her. Overall, Girls by Walter Meego presents a complex commentary on the power dynamics between men and women in romantic relationships.
