Miracles
We Are!! Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Sometimes I feel I`m falling down
Think of those feelings that were around
I think about mistakes that I made
I think about the hate that turned to indifference
I think about my life and many other things
I think about you and me and miracles

Every sunset and sunrise
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle
The many colors in your eyes
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle

Sometimes you feel you`re falling down
Think of those feelings that were around
You think about mistakes that you made
You think about the hate that turned to indifference
You think about your life and many other things
You think about me and you miracles

Every sunset and sunrise
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle
The many colors in your eyes
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle
Every season in this town
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle
Every memory around
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle

When your walls come tumbling down
It's life that's growing from the ground
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle
When you're feeling something strong
You wont feel it all alone
It`s a miracle, I want you to share it all
When your walls are falling down

It's life that's growing from the ground
It`s a miracle, it`s a miracle

Overall Meaning

In "Miracles," We Are!! express their reflective musings on life, hope, and the boundlessness of miracles. The song opens with the singer acknowledging their moments of vulnerability and how they ponder on the past and things they could have done differently. The lyrics suggest that the singer may have erred in some decisions or tied up in hate or anger, leading to indifference. But despite the mistakes, they constantly have faith and optimism that something remarkable can still come out of their life, which could be attributed to the person listening to the song.

Using metaphors, the songwriters compare the occurrence of miracles with everyday phenomena such as sunrises, sunsets, colors in someone's eyes, and seasonal changes. The lyrics suggest that there are countless insignificant yet profound things happening in our world that one might overlook, but these little things can be used to drive hope and joy. Finally, the lyrics assure the listener that every rock-bottom can prove thought-provoking, and every challenge might birth a miracle that brings people together.

With the current situation in Israel I came back after many years to relisten to this song
🇮🇱עם ישראל חי🇮🇱

Joy Campos Villanueva

Such a Beautiful, pure and True song! Your passion and wisdom inspire me. My family on my Grandmother's side are European Jews alot of that part of my family unfortunately endured the tortures of the Holocaust and we lost quite a bit if #'s not much was ever spoken of us being Jewish my whole life. I was raised a Christian and went to a Christian School. It wasn't until my father visited Israel and had a experience with Adonai at the wall he came home and told me and we started diving deeper finding our roots and now are proud to say we are strong in our Judaism and Faith! Shalom from an Army Specialist.
