Weather Lyrics

It's so hard to find
I think it's somewhere in the back of my mind
And I'm afraid to see
Yes, I'm afraid to see
The way you look at me
I've been holding you in
Sometimes I wonder what this is all about
And I'm afraid to see, yes I'm afraid to see
I'm afriad to
The way you look at me
Chorus:
All this time
All these words
All this pain turns into hurt
I know it's time for you to go
I've been sleeping on the couch
You've been seeing someone else
I found his things on the top shelf
And I'm afraid to hear, I'm afraid to hear
The words you say to me
I've been holding this in
You've been pushing me out
Sometimes I wonder what this is all about
And I'm afraid to hear, I'm afraid to hear
I'm afraid to hear
The words you say to me now
And you wanted to talk to me
You wanted to be set free
But I'm afraid to hear
Afraid to see
Afraid to even fucking breathe now
The lyrics to Weather's song "All This Time" explore the complex emotions that come with a failing relationship. The singer has been searching for something, but it feels elusive and difficult to find, as if it's hidden in the back of their mind. They are afraid to see the way their partner looks at them because they know it will reveal uncomfortable truths about where they stand in the relationship. The singer has been holding on to their partner, while their partner has been trying to push them away, and it's causing them to question the meaning of their relationship. They are scared to hear the words their partner has to say, and their fear is palpable in the repeated lines "I'm afraid to hear, I'm afraid to hear, I'm afraid to hear the words you say to me."
The chorus of "All This Time" is a poignant expression of the pain that comes with the end of a relationship. The singer recognizes that all the time they've spent together, all the words they've shared, and all the pain they've gone through has resulted in hurt that can't be healed. They know that it's time for their partner to go, even though it's scary and painful to let them leave. The final verse of the song reveals that the singer's fears have come true: their partner has been seeing someone else, and they are afraid to hear the words that will confirm the end of their relationship. The song ends on a desperate note, with the singer admitting that they are afraid to even breathe now that everything has fallen apart.

the risk of going for two is that you are statistically 10x more likely to finish the play only up by one score as opposed to two scores, which is the number one concern for coaches - it not only forces the other team to come up with 2(likely consecutive) scoring drives, but also puts the ball back in your offense's hands with an opportunity to end the game on your own terms OR necessitates a predictable onside kick (20%). all things considered any coach with 8min left in the game will opt to kick the extra point, i am fairly certain the snow was the bugaboo

Seeing as a missed 2 Point Conversion delivers the exact same outcome as an extra point, there is ZERO RISK of going for two. Even a failure doesn't change the game situation.

No it's not more points the better, I don't think you understand what I am saying.
-If they miss the two point conversion, the Lions need a touchdown and field goal to WIN.
-If they kick an extra point, the Lions need a touchdown and field goal to WIN.
-If they make the two point conversion, the Lions need a touchdown and field goal to TIE.
The two worst scenarios have the same outcome, so an extra point makes no statistical sense. Go for two.

i'm sure any sane coach would balk the risk of keeping it a 1-score game by potentially missing the 2-pt conversion (~50%) as opposed to going up a nearly guaranteed (95% on extra points) 2 scores - i understand more points is better but the risk is obviously not worth it
