las cosas simples
Weichafe Lyrics

Haciendo bien,
Me puedes decir...
Que es lo que encontre,
Un viejo cartel, antes de mi
Dice dónde estaré,
Previo a partir,
Recoge las cosas que perdí.
No hay nada más,
Que pueda explicar...
Las cosas simples se hacen medir
No hay nada más,
Siempre busque lo nunca ví.
Un viejo cartel antes de mí,
Dice dónde estaré
Previo a partir...
Recoge las cosas que perdí.
No hay nada más
Que pueda explicar
Las cosas simples se hacen medir
No hay nada más,
Siempre busque lo que nunca ví.
In Weichafe's song "Las cosas simples", the lyrics appear to be about the singer reflecting on their life and the things they have lost or left behind. The opening line, "Quizás no lo esté haciendo bien" ("Maybe I'm not doing it right"), suggests a sense of uncertainty or doubt. The next line, "Me puedes decir qué es lo que encontré" ("You can tell me what I found"), seems to address someone who might have answers or insights about the singer's life.
The next lines reference a "viejo cartel" ("old sign") that the singer found before leaving. The sign appears to indicate where the singer will be, possibly as they travel or move on in their life. The lyrics then say, "Recoge las cosas que perdí" ("Pick up the things I lost"), which could be interpreted as the singer wanting to reclaim or retrieve things they have left behind.
The chorus of the song repeats the phrase, "No hay nada más, que pueda explicar / Las cosas simples se hacen medir" ("There is nothing else to explain / Simple things become measured"). This could be interpreted as the singer recognizing that the simple things in life have value and can be meaningful, even if they are easily overlooked or dismissed. The last lines repeat the previous verse about the sign and the things the singer has lost, reinforcing the theme of reflecting on the past and moving forward.
Overall, the song appears to be about reflecting on one's life and the simple things that can make it meaningful. The singer seems to be searching for something and looking back on what they have lost, while also recognizing the value of the present moment and the simple things in life.
