My dreams were a reflection of my internal struggles and anxieties.

I was struggling with inner turmoil and unease.

I've been lost and found
I've experienced moments of being lost and hopeless, but also moments of finding my way again.

Then I turned around
I changed direction and started to make progress towards a new goal.

Took the trouble just to see what's going down
I put in effort to understand my situation and surroundings better.

Wait awhile and the world will change
Change is inevitable and sometimes all we can do is wait for it to happen.

Sometimes change happens to us without our control or consent.

And Scars may never fade, but strength is
Our past experiences and traumas may always be a part of us, but we can gain strength from them.
