What's interesting about the song "Behold" is that it was released in 1987, which was during the peak of hair metal and glam rock. While Whitecross was a Christian metal band, their sound closely resembled the secular bands of the time. "thought the fight was fixed" rather than "thought the light was fixed". The imagery in the song is all about fighting in a ring and a fixed fight is not a fair one.
