Fahira
WilaBaliW Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I finished it all
Guilty as charged
Walking alone
Who can drive me home?
Run...
If you see it this way then I'd rather be gone
Hard as a stone, heart of a living dead
Burn them bodies, don't leave them frozen
I can't relate
I refuse to stay pointless
Time and time again
Take that lid off
Slowly killing me
Breathing pointlessly
Can I remember this time?
Open your eyes so we can now move on
Burn them bodies, don't leave them frozen
Open their hearts, return where they belong
Burn them bodies, don't leave them frozen
I can't relate
I refuse to stay...
I refuse
Still...
Everybody's out of control
Everything is out of phase
Everybody's out of control
Overworked and underpaid
No we don't
We just don't quit
Open your eyes so we can now move on
Burn them bodies, don't leave them frozen
Open their hearts, return where they belong
Burn them bodies, don't leave them frozen
I can't relate
I refuse to stay...
I refuse
I refuse
I refuse
I
The lyrics to WilaBaliW's song "Fahira" carry emotional weight and reflect on themes of guilt, isolation, and a refusal to give in to pointlessness. The opening lines, "I was the one, I finished it all, guilty as charged, walking alone, who can drive me home?" suggest that the singer has done something they regret and now feels isolated from those around them. This sense of guilt and isolation is reinforced by the repeated refrain, "I can't relate, I refuse to stay pointless." The repetition of this refrain emphasises the singer's determination not to let their actions define them or drag them down into purposelessness.
The chorus of the song, "Open your eyes so we can now move on, burn them bodies, don't leave them frozen," seems to suggest a desire to confront the past and move forward rather than being stuck in a state of guilt and isolation. The imagery of burning bodies suggests a desire to let go of the past and any negative emotions associated with it, rather than clinging onto them and being frozen in a state of regret.
The final lines of the song, "Still...Everybody's out of control, everything is out of phase, everybody's out of control, overworked and underpaid, no we don't, we just don't quit," suggest that despite the difficulties the singer faces and the sense of isolation they feel, they remain determined to persevere and not give up.
Overall, "Fahira" is a powerful and emotionally charged song that deals with themes of guilt, isolation, and the struggle to find meaning and purpose in life.

I've watched them earlier at Liberty Center (Redhorse Musiklaban) and it's my first time to watch them seriously...
They're actually Good. Some of their songs are Catchy like the "Illuminate" but this song definitely not and I don't like it !
But what matters is they are really good on their craft/art/music on what they do and many people appreciate them.
Just respect our Local Bands and Support them. :)
