Wilkinson has been making music under the radar since he was just 16. In 2009 he found himself a studio in South West London where he has been fine tuning his production skills and writing music that, in 2010, got him noticed by DJ's such as Andy C, Cyantific, TC, London Elektricity and many more.
After sending some of his music to Hospital Records, Wilkinson was offered his debut release as part of the Sick Music 2 compilation released in April 2010.
On 13 December 2010 Wilkinson released his debut single "Moonwalker / Samurai" through RAM Records. The tracks were first premiered through Andy C's drum & bass compilation album Nightlife 5. On 12 June 2011 he released the single "Every Time / Overdose", which became the 99th single release of RAM Records. "Every Time" features vocals from Marcus Gregg and it became Wilkinson's first song to spawn a music video. On 4 December 2011 he released "Tonight / Pistol Whip". "Tonight" was later re-released in 2013 as the iTunes Single of the Week to promote the release of his debut studio album Lazers Not Included. On 19 August 2012 he released the single "Automatic / Hands Up!". Although it received mixed feedback and significantly less airplay, "Automatic" still managed to gain support from the likes of Annie Mac and MistaJam.
On 2 December 2012 he released "Need to Know / Direction" featuring Iman as the lead single from his debut studio album. On 3 April 2013 he released "Take You Higher / Crunch" as the next single from the album. On 26 July 2013 he released "Heartbeat" featuring P Money and Arlissa as the third single from his debut studio album. On 13 October 2013 he released "Afterglow" as the fourth single from his debut studio album. The song peaked at number 8 on the UK Singles Chart, making it his first top 10 single in the UK. On 28 October 2013 he released his debut studio album Lazers Not Included. The album peaked at number 46 on the UK Albums Chart and number 2 on the UK Dance Chart. On 9 February 2014 he released "Too Close" featuring Detour City as the album's fifth single, which peaked at number 55 in the UK.
The album's sixth single "Half Light" was released on 1 June 2014. Wilkinson has also produced for Katy B, Wretch 32 and Angel Haze since the release of the album.
On 12 October 2014, "Dirty Love" featuring Talay Riley was released. The song is the lead single from Wilkinson's second studio album, currently being produced and scheduled for a 2015 release.
Sweet Lies

When our words are spoken
You're here with me alone
Your kiss, ignorance is my place
We're gonna say something sweet
When you're all I have to hold
So tell me those sweet lies
As long as they're sweet lies
I wanna hold, I wanna hold onto your sweet lies
I'm not giving up your love
And nothing but sweet lies
Look me in the eye, could you tell me
We're just another love we can leave behind?
Look me in the eye, could you tell me
Is there really love here or just sweet lies?
Look me in the eye could you tell me
I'm just another love you can leave behind?
Look me in the eye, could you tell me
Is there really love here or just sweet lies?
Fearless though we live in secret
I only live for your touch
Enough love for the both of us
Wasting, impossible to face it
Can we give in to the symptoms?
To never-ever wanna let you go
So tell me those sweet lies
I'm not giving up your love
As long as they're sweet lies
I wanna hold, I wanna hold onto your sweet lies
I'm not giving up your love
And nothing but sweet lies
Look me in the eye, could you tell me
We're just another love we can leave behind?
Look me in the eye, could you tell me
Is there really love here or just sweet lies?
Look me in the eye could you tell me
I'm just another love you can leave behind?
Look me in the eye, could you tell me
So tell me those sweet lies
I'm not giving up your love
As long as they're sweet lies
I wanna hold, I wanna hold onto your sweet lies
I'm not giving up your love
And nothing but sweet lies
The lyrics of Wilkinson's song "Sweet Lies" use the theme of a deceitful relationship that is sustained by comforting and sweet lies. The song begins with the singer expressing how much they cherish being with their partner, even though the relationship is not entirely truthful. They're happy to believe the "sweet lies" their partner tells them to keep the relationship afloat.
The second verse highlights the irony of the situation, where although the singer knows that their partner is lying, they still find it irresistible and cannot give their love away. The chorus repeats the phrase "sweet lies" and shows how deeply ingrained the deceitful relationship is on the singer, who is eager not to let go of their partner.
The bridge of the song speaks about the fear that arises when we suspect that our partner may not feel the same about us. The singer is terrified of losing their partner and eroding the comfort that has been created by the sweet lies. The song ends with the repetition of the piercing question, "Is there really love here or just sweet lies?" The question lingers on, echoing the uncertainty that lies at the heart of the relationship.
Overall, "Sweet Lies" is a poignant song about a relationship built upon falsehood and the longing for something more substantial.

Softly, here upon my pillow
Quietly lying in bed, thinking about you
When our words are spoken
When we talk to each other
You're here with me alone
We are together in private
Your kiss, ignorance is my place
I lose myself in your kiss
We're gonna say something sweet
We will speak affectionately
When you're all I have to hold
You are my only source of comfort
So tell me those sweet lies
Say something loving, even if it's not true
I'm not giving up your love
I won't let go of our relationship
As long as they're sweet lies
As long as you say things I want to hear
I wanna hold, I wanna hold onto your sweet lies
