Am I the only person that's happy to see Michael Pitt still in the game? He did such an amazing job as Jimmy in Boardwalk Empire. And yes, I know all about how difficult he was to work with. That's for them to figure out. I just think the dude has major acting chops that don't get utilized enough.

Ok, when are gonna start giving Oscars for trailers? I feel that if they did, we would end up seeing more trailers like this, as opposed to the 90% insanely shitty ones out there that show way too much, tell you the complete story and then expect people to come and see it when they just SAW the whole freaking movie in two and a half minutes. This trailer not only gets me interested, but it has a great pace to it that builds suspense, shows that great acting chops of of the actors involved and shows just enough of the story so you know what the premise it. All without giving anything away. Well done. I'm in.

Watched this last night, it had decent suspense and did a better job of throwing you off the scent than most movies these days do. My only real gripes with it were that the cinematography was a little stale, and it started dragging near the end, because was about 30 mins longer than it needed to be IMO.

It was deffo way longer than it needed to be, and I feel most of that came down to the director. I looked him up on iMDB and it looks like he's done a ton of music videos, but this is his first feature. That totally makes sense to me because I felt like the movie sacrificed storytelling for visuals. Which is a shame, cuz as you say the story was interesting and most of the actors were quite good.
