I’m sitting next to my 80yr old mom in a hospital bed in hospice care. I’m playing songs such as this for her. She’ll soon be with our sweet Savior, Jesus. It is well with both our souls. My father was killed suddenly 9 yrs ago so this time with Mom is precious. What an encouraging word from the Lord Winsley gives at 1:20. Thank You, gracious Father for loving us so very deeply. I am so moved by this song. Wintley's statement from God is so powerful. "It is in the quiet crucible of your personal private sufferings, that your noblest dreams are born and God's greatest gifts are given, in compensation for what you have been through." I lost my daughter November 10, 2020, and the pain of that loss is so great. With all that being said I can say, "It is well with my soul" Praise His name!!! We will meet again.
