Guys, it seems like you don't read the description very often, so I'll put it here in the comments along with a reference by M. Turner. So F.U.B.B. means Fucked Up Beyond Belief, and the story goes like this:
"We called it Fucked Up Beyond Belief because that probably most accurately described the condition we were in when it was recorded. Quite a bit of it we'd been playing for weeks, but it's just a jam mainly and we worked on little bits here and there." - Martin Turner

@Rock Dinosaur very cool! mind me asking? where’d you see Martin perform?

Rock Dinosaur

Saw Martin Turner live last week and he also said that Uptin had written dark lyrics to this originally but the producer then took them out the mix and hence it was an instrumental. Still one of the best bassists and still has that FUBB growl live.

Agua Fria Village

So for FUBB I was about 21 years old (1979), and I use to listen to it often on a Heavy Rock station KRST (the Crest of the Mountain in Albuquerque) whose bumper sticker was the pied piper (they have since switched to Country). So one night I was pretty tired and I went half asleep and I dreamed of a warrior just all battered, vanquishing all the evil in the world and then he dies and flys up to heaven at 6:04. As he flys he sees all these wonderful sights, and gains all sorts of magical powers at about 7:42. So I started telling this very detailed story to my friends late at night and I would hypnotize them. People were right with me flying up. So indeed it is a magical song.

I've been a guitarist since 1964. When I was a young man I bought this album,I still have it.This album changed my whole attitude and career in music. F.U.B.B. I believe is one of their best tunes ever.If not the best ever. The tones of all the instruments were awesome .Well thought and played, but really felt. The melody is haunting and never leaves you.I am almost 68 now and still get this deep well feeling in my soul. Rarely achieved by any band.My younger brother (now dead) and I jammed to this song for years. It brings him back in my mind, the music was inspirational to us. It helped me become a much better musician. Thank You !
