They were unrecognised and very unknown when this came out in 2009 - when I first listened to it - and became absolutely obsessed. I tried to find any similar artists but no-one else has this unique and beautiful sound. It is classified as IDM, but imo Wisp should be their own genre. They’ve released some fantastic albums in the following years, but to me this will always be the special one that defines them as an artist. They definitely deserve more recognition, for certain <3 might try and spin them when I do my next DJ booking, I think ppl would cut shapes to it aha ;)

has it really been a decade? I still think about this album, it stays in the recess of my mind and resurfaces every now and then to remind me how beautiful it is. I dont think I've found another full album as satisfying as this one.
