Along with Blink-182, All Time Low, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Dangerous Summer mentioned in their interview with Beers with the Band on YouTube. Their sophomore EP 'Distance' was released on January 13, 2015. It was recorded at Electric Sun Studios with Stevie Knight and Dave Petrovic (Tonight Alive, Hands Like Houses, Northlane) at the helm.
On January 4, 2016, the band announced they had signed to American independent record label Hopeless Records. They coincided this news with new single and music video "We'll Be Okay". Following this the band announced an Australian headline tour set to take place in April, with support from Harbours. On April 5 they released their new single "Keeper" along with the announcement that their debut album "Better Weather" was going to be released on June 17 worldwide. Following their Australian headline tour, the band travelled to Japan to tour with The Wonder Years, ROAM & The Cautioners. After the UK tour the band voyaged across to the US to appear on the entirety of the Vans Warped Tour.
Upon returning to Australia the band were on the road almost immediately again, supporting Motion City Soundtrack & 5 Seconds of Summer before heading out on their own album tour in October to celebrate the album that charted at #22 on the ARIA Charts.
In November 2017 Luke Rockets was removed from the band due to sexual misconduct with an underage fan.
In September 2022 the band announced on social media that they were to break up after their current tour at the time and a small run of shows in Australia. They played their final show on November 27 in Brisbane Australia.

Gravity
With Confidence Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I see it in my sleep
And even war's won
I'll hear the distant screams
Never really want much
Know damn well what I need
And even with the lights out
Could've been a tradesman
I'd work a 6 till 3
Follow my father's footsteps
To work and spend and sleep
But I couldn't stray from embracing melody
And only in the dark times I'll crave normality
(Normality)
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Don't get tired, don't beg or borrow
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Held so tight, now watch me let go
And even tour's done
I see it in my sleep
And even war's won
I'll heart the distant screams
Never really want much
Know damn well what I need
And even with the lights out
I'll keep it here with me
(Here with me)
I fight troughh to see tomorrow
Don't get tired, don't beg or borrow
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Held so tight, now watch me let go
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Don't get tired, don't beg or borrow
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Held so tight, now watch me let go
(Let go)
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Don't get tired, don't beg or borrow
I fight trough to see tomorrow
Held so tight, now watch me let go
Gravity, gravity
It's everything you want to see, want to see
Gravity, gravity
It's everything you want to see, want to see
Gravity, gravity
It's everything you want to see, want to see
The lyrics to With Confidence's song Gravity show a sense of determination and resilience in the face of adversity. The singer talks about seeing the tour and distant screams in his sleep, even when the tour is over and the war is won. He knows what he needs and keeps it close to him even when the lights are out. He talks about how he could have followed his father's footsteps and worked a 6 till 3 job as a tradesman, but his love for melody kept him from straying. He admits that he craves normality only in the dark times.
The chorus of the song "I fight through to see tomorrow" demonstrates the determination to keep pushing through tough times and not give up. The lyrics "held so tight, now watch me let go" show that the singer is not afraid to let go of things that are holding him back or no longer serve him. The repeated use of the word "gravity" in the song shows that the singer is aware of the pull to give up or be weighed down by the challenges he faces but he fights through to see tomorrow.
Overall, the song Gravity is about resilience, determination, and not giving up in the face of adversity. It demonstrates that in the darkest of times, one can find their inner strength and keep fighting.
