Wad Up.
In Wizkid's song, "Wad Up", the artist reflects on his journey to success and how people's attitudes towards him have changed as a result. He starts by reminiscing about how back in the day, when he was just starting out and had nothing, girls would not give him their attention and guys would consider him too dirty. However, things have now changed as he has made his money and has attained a level of fame. He drives a new car and gets the recognition he never had before. He now speaks about how people try to act like they know him when, in reality, they did not know or care about him before.
The lyrics of the song, "Wad Up," reflect the rags-to-riches story of Wizkid. From being rejected and ignored by people, he has now achieved a level of success by making his money and doing things his own way. He reflects on how people tend to change their behavior and attitudes towards him, now that he is perceived as successful. He urges people to keep it real and not pretend to know him just because of his success.
