Wonderful that the strings also show real involvement in their parts: not just accompaniment. All 4 having fun together!

Michael McLinden

For 14 minutes and 21 seconds I am overcome with the beauty and joy that human beings can bring to this world. Some days the effect lingers longer than others.

Kostas Ampatzis

They are not common human beings. They are highly emancipated in soul, and bring to earth celestial harmonies.
They fulfill the purpose of the Human: Created in the image and similarity to the Creator! It is music coming from the Crestor!

joncaju

Yes, the random ads that interrupt in the middle of the piece certainly makes the bliss some days shorter than others

John Dunbar

@J JD I was agreeing with you at how gaspingly and serenely beautiful is the performance, and giving "the finger" to the fellow above who criticized it. I fully got what you shared - it took me to another world of appreciation - and I still had to take a jab at the idiot who criticized the performance.
Thanks for asking for clarification - it brought the beauty of it all back...

J JD

John Dunbar I don’t get it, but I want to. Please explain? A request from a mere Mozart enthusiast.

John Dunbar

I got it, Michael, and can only add Whew! and an extended middle finger to the Philistine that responded before me.

Las obras de MOZART son inmortales e interpretadas por estos virtuosos son un alivio para los sentidos aplausos

Salo Kin

The standard of performances from this festival is simply phenomenal, some of the best available anywhere - and so consistent. that note at 9:09 is quite something.
