World Unite! Lucifer Youth Foundation Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Can you hear the sound?
Of the kids all calling’
I won’t hold this crown
Me and your friends,
We run this town
And keep on calling
Go tell fire
Go tell fire
Go tell fire
Go tell fire
The loudest part
A liar’s town
Where 100 people
Yeah, hold you down
Me and your friends
We killed a man
By telling him things
He couldn’t understand
The fire starts
Can you hear the sound?
Of the kids all calling’
I won’t hold this crown
Mum and Dad
Look what you done to me
I was your baby boy
Now watch me bleed
Go tell fire
Go tell fire
Go tell fire
Go tell fire
And no matter what they said
Dollar is not your friend
And it the feeling that so hard to know
The feeling that won’t come slow
And no matter what they said
Dollar is not your friend
And it the feeling that so hard to know
The feeling that won’t come slow
Until you find a home
Won’t come slow
Until you find a home
World Unite
Love you forever
World Unite
Love you forever
World Unite
Love you forever
World Unite
Love you forever
The song "Dirt" by World Unite! Lucifer Youth Foundation presents a theme of rebellion against authority and the search for belonging. The song starts with the sound of a fire starting, which can be interpreted as the beginning of something new and powerful. The lyrics suggest that the youth are the ones calling for change and that they will not be stopped until they have achieved it. They claim to run the town, implying that they are in control and will continue to push for their goals.
The second verse presents a darker image, alluding to the idea that the youth have suffered at the hands of authority figures, represented by the mention of a liar's town where 100 people hold you down. They also confess to killing a man by telling him things he couldn't understand, which could be interpreted as a metaphor for a clash between generations or ideologies.
The chorus repeats the phrase "go tell fire" four times, suggesting that the youth are calling for action and change. The last verses mention the broken relationship between the singer and their parents, indicating that they have been hurt in some way and are now bleeding. The repetition of "world unite, love you forever" at the end shows that the youth are seeking a community, and although they are against authority figures, they are still seeking love and connection.

Wu Lyf, in my opinion, write some of the greatest lyrics ever written! It's just a shame you have to google them to figure out what he's saying!

Love Under Heaven is great but World Unite has so much power in their songs! Emery is a badass though left WU LYF because he felt their message was getting squandered by their up and coming fame so he fuckin ghosted out on that shit and started LUH with his girl... while still spreading the same anarchist ideals. Love everything all these guys do!
