Wynonna Judd Lyrics

I've never known a day when I ain't been poor
But I'm gonna live with Jesus in the end
Hard times is all I see
I've lost the ones that are dear to me
But I'm gonna live with Jesus in the end
I'm gonna live
I'm gonna live with Jesus in the end
These poor bones are tired and old
Meet my savior, redeem my soul
Cause I'm gonna live with Jesus
I'm gonna live with Jesus
I'm gonna live with Jesus in the end
The lyrics to Wynonna Judd's song "Live With Jesus" convey a message of hope, faith and redemption. The first verse suggests that the singer has seen hardships and poverty throughout their life, yet they remain optimistic about their future salvation. The second verse reveals that the singer has experienced loss and grief, yet they still hold onto the hope of living with Jesus in the afterlife.
The repetition of the lyrics "I'm gonna live with Jesus in the end" implies a sense of inevitability - that no matter what happens, the singer is secure in the knowledge that they will ultimately be saved. The final verse further reinforces this sentiment, with the singer expressing their tiredness and weariness of life on earth, but ultimately looking forward to meeting their savior and finding redemption.
Overall, the song could be interpreted as a message of faith and hope in the face of adversity. Despite the difficulties and struggles of life, the singer finds solace and comfort in the belief that they will one day be reunited with Jesus in the afterlife.
