Xylo is een jong viertal uit Arnhem, bestaande uit Milan van Marle, Jelle Osenbruggen, Viktor Remme en Sonam Plomp. Ontstaan in de zomer van 2008, ontdekken de bandleden van Xylo in de schuur van leadzanger en gitarist Van Marle hun eigen geluid. De sfeervolle gitaren gaan over een melodieuze bas met stampende drums; Xylo probeert de middenweg te bewandelen tussen experimentele geluidsgolven en de betere popmuziek. Of het nou het walsende geluid is van Made Of Glass, waar de gitaar en bas omgetoverd worden tot een strijkorkest, de catchy melodie van Open (up) Doors of juist de intense, hard/zacht dynamiek van Skeleton Orgy, Xylo probeert het geluid breed te houden, zonder haar stijl kwijt te raken.
