It does, and the album has other great beats too. But it's a bit bittersweet, because why it is a great beat that would not have been out of place on a Deathrow album from the 90s, YG is nowhere near the level of the MCs of the 90s. Which only underscores how much hip-hop has fallen, and how it is not even because of the beats.
