@Corporal Spiro I was the same way until I played Wind Waker on my GameCube as a kid. One of the best themes in Zelda that has become its second main theme. Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword have this theme as well,but not on the level of OOT,Windwaker and BOTW!🤗

I honestly wouldn't want it for the title screen music. (Just my opinion, still respect yours of course). My reason for why is because that would make it like a lot of the other Zelda games, when Botw really isn't like the others, especially with the music. I'd say each Zelda game definitely has its own style with it's music (Twilight Princess uses it's main theme a lot, Majora's Mask makes the music faster on the third day, and also has lots of stressful music to go with it's theme of the clock ticking down until disaster, etc). Breath of the Wild's style of music is VERY atmospheric, to go with it's theme of nature and a big open world. Most of the time in the overworld it's basically silence except for environment noises. The main exceptions to that are towns and fairly fountains, and even those themes aren't super "intrusive" like other Zelda music. That's why I think it was a good move to make the title screen have no music. It kinda makes you feel like you are playing the game when you haven't even selected your save yet, because the silence is exactly what much of the game is like. Plus, I think the silence really adds to the impact of the short (but cool) few notes that play when you confirm which save you start from. (Hopefully you know what I'm talking about.) If this music played on the title screen, I feel like that little song wouldn't really feel the same. I think the silence on the title screen is really genius for those reasons.

This song played in the background on my first date with my boyfriend.

It was 3 a.m. and we were lying down in my car talking, playing and sharing some of our favorites zelda ost. They weren’t stuck… according to AoC, their mood changes hugely depending on how many people give them offerings, and if they aren’t motivated, happy, inspired or whatever you wanna call it, enough, they don’t feel like doing anything. So then that’s why they decided to close their springs, there’s also a theory that says they probably did that to protect themselves and their homes from the calamity, though also according to AoC, they’re immortal.

i had no idea it existed in breath of the wild until i found it, it was such a relief. i find myself visiting it at the end of every play session. perfect way to put it in the game, you have to work for it.

The Great Fairy Fountain is always one if the best songs in any Zelda game. Twilight Princess' is still better in my opinion, this one is too simple for me.

not quite as good as the original but this version is so new and good sounding it may be on equal footing i think for me the only reason the old one is better is because i have such fond memories of sitting at the fountain just to hear the music sitting in school daydreaming of this music laying in bed and thinking of this music
