This piece is in a weird disposition, it sounds very jarring in which the main melody starts in F minor, and has a F major middle section, but the whole piece itself is in the key signature of Db major (it even resolves in Db!). What a peculiar but particularly intriguing piece, perhaps that's reason the nocturne being underrated because it is one of the harder ones to digest out of the other nocturnes...

I agree. It's a bit of a shame that Yiruma's more masterful composition (like all of his Nocturnes) are less popular than his New-age stuff (which admittedly are still amazing) that has less developed theme, though his recent stuff are definitely improving in contrast to his early albums.
