Dead Ringer
Yoke Lore Lyrics
I'll sleep when I'm older
And I'll die when I'm done
When the night's almost over
I'll curse the sun 'cause I'm forever young
And when your heart fall hits and you wanna forget
You give me shiver down ways to believe in the rest
I got the words for the feelings that were stuck in your chest
Try to find change but I run like a river
Try to find change but I run like a river
Never knew love but you're a dead ringer
You're a dead ringer
You're a dead ringer
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
I burn like a red brand
And I don't mind the cold
But I'll run slow for your soft hands
And I'll freeze when you go
And when your heart fall hits and you wanna forget
You give me shiver down ways to believe in the rest
I got the words for the feelings that were stuck in your chest
Try to find change but I run like a river
Never knew love but you're a dead ringer
Try to find change but I run like a river
Never knew love but you're a dead ringer
You're a dead ringer
You're a dead ringer
Try to find change but I run like a river
Never knew love but you're a dead ringer
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all
But you can have it all

By then based in Brooklyn, where he also co-founded the dance troupe Boomerang, his song "Hold Me Down" garnered seven-figure streams before the end of the year.
In early 2017, he released the single "World Wings" shortly before making his SXSW festival debut and touring the U.S. in support of Overcoats. The song later appeared on his follow-up EP, Goodpain, which was released in June of that year.
