Trial and Triumph
Your Memorial Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Rejoice, be glad, it's hard to take
When you're beaten down in a broken home
In suffering and disbelief, the hope is gone you feel alone
I need strength, I'm hoping for so much more
Rejoice, in your sufferings
Build yourself on solid ground
Rejoice, don't be ashamed
The price was paid, He wore the crown, Rejoice!
I believe this flesh I carry is not my own
So let the world cast the final stone
Though we walk through the valley of shadows
We are not alone
Rejoice, in your sufferings
Build yourself on solid ground
Rejoice, don't be ashamed
The price was paid, He wore the crown, Rejoice!
Let the world cast the final stone
Rejoice, in your sufferings
Build yourself on solid ground

Rejoice, don't be ashamed
The price was paid, He wore the crown, Rejoice!

Your Memorial is so AWESOME!!! They are one of my Top 5 favorite bands!!! I got to see them in concert this summer, and they were so AMAZING!!! I love all of their music, and their new album is so sweet!!! Redirect is my favorite song, but this song is my second-favorite song on the Redirect album!!! I love how it's somewhat intense, but they add a peaceful sound to it through their clean vocals!!! YOUR MEMORIAL ROCKS!!!

What's the meaning of "let the world cast the final stone"?

Jacob

I think they were basically saying to let the world keep judging all it wants because God will judge the self-righteous one day. I might be wrong on that though.
