The lyrics to Yousei Teikoku's "Gothic Lolita Propaganda" speak of death, dreams, and the desire for vengeance. The opening lines describe the peaceful sleeping of a body in a coffin scented with roses. The next line talks about releasing the soul from bondage and awakening it with a funeral bell. The third line talks of a water fairy's eyes reflecting a dream of the past. The next line describes the saintly soul engraved on a ceramic skin.
The chorus is a call to arms, urging the listener to unsheathe their sword, bury fools, and clear the path of their life with all their might. The following lines describe shedding the blood of the enemy and asking for forgiveness and pleasure. The final stanza talks about the lips that tell the tales of a soothing hymn that destroys everything, and the blood that spills as an offering to the gods.
