And now I understand
At this point, I've come to a realization or gained a sense of clarity about something important.

The key to open up the door
I'm discovering that there's a specific action or mindset that I need to embrace in order to find happiness and fulfillment in life.

Has always been
The answer or solution to my problems has always been available to me, I just needed to look closer or dig deeper to find it.

Right here in my hands
I'm realizing that I possess the power, resources, and abilities needed to make a positive change or achieve my goals, and that they have been within my reach all along.

The clock says half past three
It's been several hours since I last checked the time, and now I see that it's quite late.

The house is dark, the kids are sound asleep
Everything is quiet and peaceful around me, and my family is sleeping soundly in their beds.

And as I slip into the bed
I lay down, most likely next to my partner, and prepare to sleep.

All these thoughts keep rushing through my head
My mind is racing with various thoughts, possibly reflecting on the events of the day or contemplating my future.

But then you slowly turn around
My partner shifts or moves in their sleep, which catches my attention.

I look into your eyes and see
I gaze into my partner's eyes and feel a sense of connection or intimacy.

Everything is perfectly alright
In this moment, I realize that everything is good and I feel content and at peace.

And I just realise
Once again, I come to a new understanding or realization.
