Why are these discussion always about women and why is it "an absolute priority" when 65% of murder victims are men and between 2 and 3 times more violent assaulted are committed against men than against women.

ONS says the number of murders in 2021 was approx 9.9 per million UK residents (couldn't see a definitive number). Uk population in 2021 was approx 59.5 million people meaning that number would be around 589 murders in 2021. Meaning that 464 men were murdered over the same period (4.5 times more).

It's a shame only women suffer any kind of abuse, what with the patriarchy and all, men are safe to walk the street at any time of day or night totally unharassed. If only men were abused as well, I'm sure something would be done straight away. On a lighter note, no way Alex walks home, full stop, let alone to shouts of rexual abuse, general abuse about her misandry and general hatred of anything that puts men in a good/favourable light, maybe, but not dexual. Very much, it happens to me so it also happens evey other woman, syndrome.
