I am a honey bee,
I belong to a hive but have been excluded from it.

Shut out from the coliney.
I'm not allowed into the colony anymore.

And they won't let me in,
The others in the hive won't allow me to rejoin them.

So, I left the hive.
I had to leave since I wasn't welcome in the hive.

They took away all my stripes,
They stripped me of my identity and my rank in the colony.

And broke off both my wings.
I have been injured in the process of being excluded, leaving me unable to fly.

So I'll find another tree,
I will find a new place to call home.

And make the wind my friend.
I will rely on nature to help me survive.

I'll just sing with the birds,
I will form new friendships with creatures other than bees.

They'll tell me the secrets of the world.
I hope to learn and discover something new about the world.

My partner in the hive.

My partner has been forced to stay in the colony against his will.

My beloved partner.

I'll come save you even if it means,
I will do whatever it takes to rescue my partner.

I'd have to face the queen.
Even if I have to confront the leader of the colony.

We will sneak into the hive under cover of darkness.

And I promise I will be there on time.
I will ensure that I am punctual and don't keep my partner waiting.

We'll be guilded by my new friends the butterflys,
We will be guided by our new allies, the butterflies.

Bring us back to our own little hive.
Once we are out of the hive, we will return to our own little home.
