Picking up a left handed guitar in 2011, Ziggy has supported the likes of Ash Grunwald, Nick Saxon, Benjalu San Cisco, Daniel Champagne, Dustin Thomas & Mat Mchugh, with performances at both Bluesfest & Splendour in the Grass in 2014. Ziggy has been touring independently both nationally & internationally, singing heartfelt stories of personal endeavours & coastal folk upbringings.

Surfing and writing from a young age, Ziggy started teaching himself how to play guitar in 2011 on the sunshine coast. In 2012, he released his debut EP " Feels Like Home" ; progressively travelling up & down the east coast, moving to Byron Bay in 2013, releasing a short album " Made of Water" in October 2013, Ziggy finished 6 tours in 2014 - before returning to NSW to start recording.

Ziggy is set to release his 3rd record & debut full length album on January 1st 2015 - Land & Sea.

I think it's dropped D tuning, with a capo on 7. And all the chords are just hammer ons/pull offs on the G and D strings between fret 2 and 4 from the capo while being strummed. Hope that helps!

@94Jatkinson Yeah I can't hear any actual shapes. Also just had another listen and the top 2 strings are also dropped down a whole-step as well. So the tuning is DADGAD (celtic tuning) which makes sense because its used in folk music a lot.

@94Jatkinson He's right, I also think he actually plays it with the capo on 7 and DADGAD or maybe even Open D tuning. If you can't be bothered tuning your guitar differently, you can also chuck your capo on the 5th fret and then play E - Amaj7sus (x-0-2-1-0-0) and F#m11 (2-4-4-2-0-0) and it sounds exactly the same. I'm writing a tab for all those little hammer on noodles in there at the moment. Might make a tutorial on it.
