I think it can be super discouraging for older people who can't get out and do running, and work out the way younger people can. They must rely on diet alone, for the most part, until they feel good enough to perhaps go take walks. It almost seems unfair to listen to some who talk about their pounding workouts in the gym or out on the hiking trail. Not all, but most testimonies are by people who are younger, and I would like to see some older folks do their testimonies too. It is when one starts to get older and they are battling overweight and health problems that the hill gets incredibly steep, both for support and changing eating habits.

There are videos on Youtube highlighting older people, check them out. In the meantime, most of the weight is lost through your diet, as opposed to exercise. Everyone can start there. And also, there are videos on Youtube and other places that allow for aerobic exercise while SITTING IN A CHAIR. I bought a video series for my stepmom and she liked it. Small steps and changes really add up. HAPPY NEW YEAR ๐Ÿ˜˜
