Every morning since 2006 thereabouts, when I enter into the bathroom to tidy up for the day this song comes naturally to me - been singing it like that every single day for 13 years! And it touches down to the depth of my spirit whenever I sing it. I Sing it always, it doesn't matter if the situation is pleasant or contrary. Once or twice I had tried changing it to another but they won't just touch me the same way, so I concluded this is my waking song from the Lord; I will sing till my dying days. (Tears of compassion of the Holy spirit welling up on my mind already as I type and I listen to it). The Lord be praised forever and ever!

I was reading in Luke 11 and I went and looked up the word perseverance which means a continued effort to achieve something despite difficulties. I then heard this song playing in my head. Our walk with the Father because He loves us so much should be persistent as His relentless hand extends to us minutely. When we come to ask, to seek, and to knock, do it persistently until the door opens. When we feel weary in well doing persist, for the steadfast love of the Lord never changes and it’s never ending and His mercies are new every morning. I was singing this song in my dream, I didn't know the wording very well but I find myself singing this song. Then I decided that check out the real words of the song. Truly God steadfast love never ceases, they are new every morning. That early morning I sang this song in my dream. Later in the day about 3:45pm, I lost my job. But as God has promised that his mercies are new every morning and He is faithful, I got another job and a good one in the space of 30 minutes after I lost my previous job. 3 minutes upon driving out of that facility, the Holy Spirit told me to make a turn and drive down the road, so I did, then I saw another establishment as God instructed me to go check out for job in that organization. Upon entering, I asked for the manager, as soon as she saw me, she asked how can she help, I said I want a job. Surprisingly she was so happy and welcome me, she called the director and right away I was asked to complete the application. After which I drove back home to get my credentials for submission. Right there, the job was offered to me. This is what the steadfast love and mercies of God can do. Sons and daughters of God, we are not and cannot be limited. The love and mercies are God is always ready and available to carry us to another level. All glory to God. Amen

I used to sing this song in Sunday School however I turned away from God for almost 10 years I stayed away from church. But his Mercy never fails, God found me in my darkest time, when I lost my big brother last year he showed me that he was present in my life & I needed to go back to him.
