They have collaborated with Ulrich Schnauss, Pia Fraus, Sportsday Megaphone and Anderson. Ulrich Schnauss often plays their song called “silence” as a DJ, a song well known to Club AC30 and Sonic Cathedral in UK.

I got bullied by my 2 1/2 years older sister for my entire childhood and youth.
She blamed me for everything. She turned all my words and actions around and against me, making me look like the worst person alive with always the worst intentions. She beat me up almost every day when our parents weren't around. She sees herself as the victim until today.
Years later I tried talking with her about our past, thinking that now that we're adults, we can talk things out rationally on an eye level. I hoped to get closer as siblings by letting her know that I don't blame her since we both were children and all I want is understand. In return I hoped that for once she would show empathy for my situation and my feelings and at least listen.
But it was a total disaster. That 30+ years old woman turned back into the child that she always was, calling me names, claiming that I shall finally accept my guilt and that she beat me up because I deserved it and she only defended herself. But that behaviour was nothing new to me. Whenever I expressed what I feel she got furious.

Since then I tried a couple more times to join hands with her but I got a 'punch in the face' each time.
But this has stopped. My only mistake in this matter was my belief, that in our relationship harmony and an eye level were possible. It is not. She will always try to push me down and look down on me. She will always cause trouble and blame me for it because I'm not behaving the way she wants me to: guilt-ridden and submissive. She will never accept an eye-level. She will always want to stay in her superior position and fight for it regardless of my feelings.

After realizing that I gave up on my hopes and wishes of a true harmonic sibling relationship and I cut every contact with her.
One of my best decisions the past years. Now I can put more focus on fixing the damages she caused.

I look at my friends' siblings and I feel envy. Especially sister and brother duos. They are so close, they share everything, they help each other out, they go places together, they defend each other, they are a team. I always wished my sister to be like that with me. But my sister has always manipulated my affection for her. I used to adore her as a child, she took advantage of it. She insults all my choices, my opinions and causes anxiety. My toxic sister just died on January 11. She was 68 years old and I am 65. We were best friends growing up and she was even the matron of honor at my wedding when I was 22. We went on different paths after my marriage. I continued working and focusing on a good career while she turned to drugs and ways of living for free using government money. The only worse thing than having a toxic sibling whom you can’t really cut out of your life, is having your parents constantly downplaying your genuine attempts to complain to them and seek help from them, and even to the point of scolding you and isolating you as “the weird shy kid that is always overreacting and cannot take some joke”.
There was a time I genuinely felt helpless and felt as if it was me against the entire world. Imagine living together with 3 of my biggest nemeses: mom, dad, and older brother.
Now that I have financial independence, I’m somewhat ok on the surface, but deep down I still relive my childhood every day, and I just know that trauma will never heal. I usually have nightmares but I just brave through all of the haunting images because to me, nothing is ever as scary and heartless as family.

@Jeeba Zee I have to say I was fortunate enough to get a scholarship and study abroad where family cannot follow me forever. That was when I was in high school, so around 15-18, too. Now I'm 28 and I'm working so that's why I say I have financial independence.
If you ever have bad thoughts, or feel helpless, just know that life does get better. What has happened has already happened and there is no way to go back and fix the past. And also it's pointless trying to "fix" family members, so the only thing you can work on is yourself. I'd say just do well in life and constantly look up, and you'll be in a position where you get to decide your own life soon enough. 15 is a pretty young age and you have plenty of time, but I know it's also a wild time where we experience lots of changes in our life, both physically and mentally, because of rapid growth and learning about how the world works at the same time.
Rifts with family may not ever heal, but we gotta learn to face the scar and heal ourselves at least.

Actually I was watching it to see If I am the toxic sibling.. because I feel as if It is my fault on why I always fight with them. And with having a hard time controlling my emotions I feel like I am making their life miserable and most likely assume I am the problem. Not only my siblings but also my mother. And having high functioning Autism since I was little kind of threw me off when it comes to communicating with people. Most of the time they don't understand me. One time I would look so happy and full of energy and than out of no where I burst out crying and screaming at everyone even if someone did something nice to me like give me a compliment and I start to act like a complete jerk. I care so much for my siblings but it is hard for me to show it. My younger sibling told me that if I had any kids I would kill them and I feel like they think I am the most terrible person ever that caused them to say something like that. Also my mother hoped that I wouldn't have children when I grow up because of my mental health. Not to mention having thoughts of self harm because of christian parents and me coming out to be lgbtq and had to give up the relationship with my ex girlfriend. All my other ex's were inappropriote towards me and I was uncomfortable. My parents took away my phone because of it but I was sad that I didn't get to speak with my girlfriend at the time and I was worried something bad happened to her so I went on my school computer because I didn't have any other way to contact her. Than my mother found out and started giving me examples of Narcasists and said I went behind their back and only cared for myself. But would I only care for myself if I went back to talk to her because I won't ever see her forever? because I was also biologically a girl and they won't allow it in their house hold? She was different and I cared a lot about her. My mother told me it is so much easier if I like guys but it isn't because all my other ex's were in fact guys and I feel like girls understand me more because they have gone through the same things I have. I mean not everything but most problems. And I did not want to be identified as lesbian because I feel like I have dysphoria and it isn't doing much but telling me that something is wrong. And since my whole family is Christian I was only allowed to date guys but my parents were okay with me being bi? If they were then why can't I date a girl? Like seriously. I get it that being gay is a sin in the bible but now I feel as if they care about the religion more than my own feelings. I wanted to point out the fact that if u have a sibling and ur diagnosed with anger issues they are more likely to pick on u because they want to get a reaction out of u they also find u more easy to target. I can relate because i have these issues and 4 older siblings and they all attack me because they know i will go crazy and lose my mind and i just had an episode a couple minutes ago, but what really makes me mad is that i always get the blame and my mum gets pissed at me because she thinks that i am in the wrong when they are always targeting me because i struggle with anger issues. I’ve said i have wanted to kill myself so many times and even my friend last night said i should. I feel physically sick and i dont know what to do anymore im just lost and i let everyone control me i have no self control and i cannot fix anything im thinking of myself constantly in a negative way. I feel like my brother has some anger issues because the things he does to me are not normal (and not just with me, with himself too), u know. I always thought I was really close to my siblings and that the name calling, manipulation, hypocritical behavior, emotional abuse, and lovebombing were all normal sibling things (I didn't know the abuse was real abuse at the time) . Now that I am an adult I realized we were only "close" because they kept me around to use me. I was the youngest of five and just wanted to please and fit in with my older siblings and they never missed a chance to take advantage of that. As grown adults they still pick fights with me and try and manipulate me but I'm aware of their tricks now.

I'm number 4 of 5 and I used to share a room with my little sister. My older sister was the one to not want to be my friend first then she befriended my little sister and started bossing her around like me but my little sister didn't stand up to her and stayed her friend. They'd go and laugh and spend time together and come attack me for just enjoying myself. As adults I am disappointed to say I'm pretty sure my honesty and openness and abilities are all cringe to them. Therapists tell me to forgive, understand, know that it isn't my fault.

I guess even when we were friends or getting along when we were little it's because we were all on the same playing field and had the same skills and knew the same things but once we got older, made our own choices is when we all became so different.

This is my older sister totally!!! I've helped her out as much as I could through the years and dot get respect for it. Constantly asking for help, never listens to what I want to talk about, its always about her. When I say no for something she wants she turns into a mean and selfish person. Degrades me for who I am. Since my other sibling don't live near us its supposed to be my job to help her out all the time! When she calls or texts me I get anxiety because she needs or wants something from me. I was in the exact same situation a year ago. My parents have no power over her. So I don't have anyone to turn to. I suggest you move away from her and limit contact. Set strong boundaries and follow through them. That's what I did and I felt a lot happier. You can never change her behaviors towards you unless she want to. You learn to accept that fact that a sibling can be terrible to you. Move on and heal <3

Man… This really hit close to home for me. Me and my sister have always had a toxic relationship for as long as I remember but I never viewed the way she was treating me as toxic I just thought that was how she just was and I should ignore her and move on with life. But as I grew older I noticed how that’s not really the case. I noticed how horrible my mental health and self confidence has been lately because of her influence. And I also noticed how I’m filled with a sudden dread or anxiety when we’re forced to hang out together and I can obviously tell she’s in a bad mood. She’s turning 18 next year and she told me that she’s leaving the house as soon as she can though so I’m really happy about that

My older sister once made me even more insecure than I already was. So, I have social anxiety and I love to draw, I just finished high school and I thought of becoming an art teacher. When I told her she said to me "How are you gonna make it? you have social anxiety, you'll fail. My older sister has ALL of these - and a lot of the adults around me treated it like it wasn't a big deal, or it was even seen as something to joke about! There was maybe a handful of people who knew how bad things were, but were often in a position where they couldn't do anything to help me, aside from offering me a safe place to hide out for a few hours, so I could have some kind of normality without my sister trying to ruin anything I did for myself. From the ages of around 13-17, I kept getting FORCED into babysitting her kids (I simply wasn't allowed to say "NO", under threat of punishment), while SHE went out and partied - this was done under the premise of ME being taken care of by my older sister while my mum did night shifts! I dreaded having to go there, and since this frequently happened on school nights, it ruined any chances of me doing well at school - how would I get any chance to even TRY to study under those conditions, especially as a SEN student? She would sabotage friendships wherever possible, and I felt like I had nowhere to turn to, as my parents certainly weren't listening either - it was just brushed off as "sibling rivalry", like I even had a say in the matter, never mind being able to defend myself! I currently have no contact with her, (she blocked me on FB, but not my hubby - have to ask myself why - plus I am sure she gets my oldest niece to "check up" on me, in the hopes that it turns out that my life is falling to pieces - hilarious and pathetic at the same time), and I have no intention of allowing her to disturb my peace ever again....

Perfectly described my older brother. I feel as if I'm 30 yrs older because of toxic family. I can't wait to join the military once I get my GED (I'm 17) I don't understand how you're own family could possibly want to see you fail or to put you down. They constantly have to out do each other at everything. My family compares thier children like "my son is healthier and stronger than you're son" I get that feeling when my family is together. Some of the hurtful things that she has said was ‘I’m embarrassed to be your sister, why can’t you be normal ?’

its hard when your the youngest in your family. my older sister always tells me to wake up when its 5 in the morning, she makes me feel worthless, and this is the reason why i now have depression. (she also did many other things to be which i dont feel like explaining) if you have a toxic relationship, just remember. dont be afraid to stick up to yourself, take a walk outside, talk about it. you shouldnt stay isolated in your room. you are perfect in every way, dont let anyone change that, your siblings may have ‘power’ for being older, but that doesnt mean you cant stick up to yourself. I definitely know what it's like to have a toxic sibling. It's emotionally draining. Not only did I have a toxic sibling I also had a toxic parent. IMO, our mother is the main reason why my sister's the way she is today. Our mother's undiagnosed mental illness and the way she treated us as kids is the reason why my sister became the uncaring person she is today. She also felt like I was always her responsibility due to me having a disability and the fact that she was forced to take care of me a lot. We're only a few years apart. My older sister (who is my only sibling) did only one thing to me for my whole life: traumatize me. I would try to show compassion and be nice to her, but she didn’t pay attention to that. Also, I was diagnosed with ADHD so that could be one reason why she treated me so horribly. as 2nd oldest of 5 i've always had my siblings back for anything especially because I recognized that our parents were quite toxic themselves, so even tho no one really had my back while growing up I made sure to always be there for my 3 younger siblings. But one day a day I almost regret. Coming out to all my family at 15-16 yrs old. Since that day my entire family outed me, talked horribly behind my back and straight up ignored my existence. To this day I really do not understand why this happened as for some of my siblings are apart of the lgbtq+ except for 2 but somehow they all just decided to turn on me the day I came out to them with no explanation what so ever. The 2 siblings that were apart of the lgbtq+ community, I told my pronouns and new name and they just refuse to use it with no explanation on why, constantly dead-naming me and using incorrect pronouns I guess maybe they just...forgot..? Even despite all this I continue to support and help out my siblings whenever they need and buy them small gifts. Currently I am 18 and this is still going on but it has died down a bit I guess? Because they all just decided to ignore my coming out and pretend I never did it in the first place, one sibling still flat out ignores me but whatever fine. Do I regret coming out? No. I do not because it made me realize that these are the type of people I don't want in my life, even if they are my family. I will mostly only stay in contact with 1 being the oldest because they were less of a dick about everything. but other then that once I move out I plan to leave everything behind including my toxic family. If they cant accept who I am then I'll let them go and be with people who do accept me and love me <3

As somebody who has dealt with OCD since age 10, it's been a hard life. My older sister never acknowledged it. Thought taking medication was ridiculous. Years later I found out she called me damaged goods behind my back. Dysfunctional. I finally realized family is not like the Mafia, once you are in, you are in for good. I disowned her years ago. It also sucks when you're the older one being abused so you know in the back of your mind that if you try to fight back you're more likely to look like the bad guy, and if you cry to mom and dad then you look immature. It's a humiliating lose lose situation. It's almost like their awareness of the age difference becomes their implicit shield from self reflection. I'm past 20 and only just now uncovering all the true feelings I have suppressed all my life. I was autistic and highly sensitive, she was bipolar. Our parents left us alone together for way too long and she would never respect my boundaries. Anytime I said "no I don't want to play" she'd say all sorts of nasty things, gaslight me, get physical. I hardly got to have the peace of mind to figure myself out and who I was as a person when I was at home because I had to imagine arguments in my head to arm myself for future fights and I had to constantly calculate the risk and reward of simply saying no to her or disagreeing in any way. Then when we would visit our cousins she'd gossip with one of them about me while I was right there and I couldn't confront her about it because she'd just deny it. She's a much better person now by comparison. My parents would comfort me for sure, but I think what I really wanted was perspective and solutions, not fleeting reassurance.

My family runs on toxic positivity and because I want to express my feelings and be authentic with my soul I’m the “crazy, negative” one. It really sucks because when I tell them “I don’t feel well mentally” They respond with K, or not at all.. The worst thing about this is it’s mostly mental and not as much physical, so theres no proof to show friends and family that they’re being toxic and hurting us, so we’re just told it’s just messing around etc which hurts even more.

I had no idea how much anger and resentment my only brother had toward me until he took my sociopathic ex's side (actually diagnosed ASPD) as he abandoned me, and launched an aggressive attack on me when I was vulnerable and unable to protect myself. The resentment didn't show up until the attack on me in my divorce, and since then it has been shocking to see how judgmental and lacking of empathy he is, and it was devastating to realize how alone and unprotected I have always been. it turns out the worst things for my relationship with my brother was moving home to our narcissistic parents and getting married to disordered people who ended up loving the idea of destroying my life and our family and they did both.

i was the toxic sibling. i used to bully my sister a lot, tease her, hurt her, embarrass her, threaten her, and take advantage of her. i realized she started cutting herself one time when she finished showering. i apologized and hugged her but to this day, the guilt doesn't go away. our relationship is no longer like that and i always make her laugh everyday. i've started treating her better because she deserves it after all the trauma i gave her.

My sister was mean to me most of her life. When we were kids, she used to bully or manipulate me with the excuse that i needed to be fixed. She wished for my death more than once, even as a adult. I was really conviced she hated every single aspecct of me. The thing is that i didn't know how much damaged she did to me until she died and i felt at peace. The sad part is that everyone in my family treats her like a godess even after her death. So, the few times i tried to talk how bad she made me feel everyone tells me to shut up because it's a lie. My mom told me it was forbidden for me to say her name. I never talk about any of this because it always goes wrong. Inside my family, my feelings don´t really matter and now is just me dealing with depression and anxiety thanks to her. I am not sad because she is gone. I am sad because I cannot tell her how much she destroyed me.

My brother always lets his anger out on me when he fails on his itty bitty plane games, and sometimes says I’m the reason. And whenever my mom says she’s going to talk to him about it, she doesn’t do it. Plus, whenever he starts an argument, my dad gets mad at me. Yeah I was in that situation too. My parents have told me she was jealous of me because I was thinner than her but that didn’t mean she had to treat me like shit. There is this common misconception that you can't have toxic relationship with your siblings. That any conflict is just "common sibling behavior" even if it is hurting you mental or physically. Even if say you are open about these struggles to others, they will most likely take as a joke, which honestly is just frustrating and pretty hurtful

I always anxious around my siblings……… I always feel like I am not doing enough for them. I am afraid of setting a bad example or the constant feeling of not being man enough and strong enough to step up in case something happened to our parents.
I think they look up to me as this older guy that has got to have his life together, doing amazing at college, has many friends and doing great at work.
The truth is 😔 I am barely making friends, I hate my job and college is fine but it is not to a level I would be proud of myself

Seeing them now make me feel bad and a failure so I mostly make up excuses to not go back home anymore

@KrisKrae Thanks for the encouragement. I'm kind of embarrassed to say how old I am and going through a toxic relationship with my mom, while living with her. I moved back in some time ago for various reasons, mostly to save money. Now due to covid, I am not employed and haven't been able to find one. Plus, it's hard trying to buy a house with just savings and no job. My mother does things to piss me off but if I have any feelings of anger from it or try to understand why she did or said that, she blows up and tells me to get out of her face, that something is wrong with me, I'm the devil, etc. She constantly plays the victim and thinks she's right about everything. It has been like this for years and I am mad at myself for living with her now. Because of her, I've even had problems standing up for myself with others. I'm trying really hard to get out but there is always an obstacle. For instance, once I was approved for a nice house. Then I was informed that the street the house was being built on had drainage issues and wouldn't be resolved for about 7-9 months. Another time, I was on the verge of moving out and my job laid my department off. There have been a series of setbacks like this. Do you know how hard it is to live with years of repressed anger and now be living with the person who caused it? I feel embarrassed and helpless because I really don't have anyone to vent to.I have a deep hatred for her but have to act like everything is normal because I am living back at her house. She is in in age now and all I want to do is be far away from her. Even if she eventually needs help from old age, I could care less about helping her. I hope an avenue opens up soon so I can have peace.

And to anyone not being able to leave yet: Stay strong and try to hang in there. Avoid them as much as you can. If it's possible, go to therapy and save money to move out as soon as you can. At least you know this behaviour is not acceptible.
I wish I knew when I was younger. Now, 7 years after moving out the pieces are connecting.

My sister is 14 and I'm 10 turning 11 my sister is very rude and I had anger issues and struggle to control my other emotions and she always refrances to when I had anger issues and makes it seem like I haven't made any progress and whenever she does something wrong it's ok because she's "a teenager" but when I do something even if my sister was involved I get the whole blame. This really hits hard, the worst thing is that your family doesn’t believe you.
It’s also gets very bad at family gatherings, when I say something to my cousin or someone else he makes fun of me to everyone or puts me down. Because of him my relationship with my cousins hasn’t been good. I feel anxious around him all the time.

my younger sister confuses me a ton. She's 17 and I'm 21, we come from a disfunctional family and we've never been able to engage in a normal conversation until recently. I moved out and being at a distance makes us comunicate better. I love and care for her, but all I receive back is a passive-aggressive behavior and she often insults me without even noticing how much her words weight on me. She acts this way toward our parents as well. I tried to talk to her, but even I don't know how to be a good sister to her. We didn't grow up learning how to love each other, how to be siblings. Most of times I cannot keep my emotions back and things are always so hard between us, that I just feel useless and I want to give up on her. I really want to make things work, I want to be a good sister. I used to let things be as they are, but now I just want to try and do my best... because I'm worried about being toxic to her as well. I don't want to end up not caring for her anymore, I want her to know she isn't alone and she'll always have me. But she doesn't care at all. My sister was fond of the "everyone who does xyz is stupid" referring to something she knew I did, and when I would get mad, replying with "I didnt say that you are stupid, youre self identifying in a group thats stupid. Why are you always trying to pick a fight?" When I would get angry, my parents would punish me because whoever's being emotional instead of logical was presumed to be wrong.

It led up to sis pulling a knife on me and the entire family ostracizing me for not pretending it never happened like they do. She still lives with my mom rent free and consequence immune while I had to claw everything I own from the dirt.
