Alot of rosacea is caused by parasites. Mostly demodex mites. I cured my severe rosacea by using cheap sulfur soap to wash my face. Be sure to rinse REALLY well from the eye and lash area or it will sting later.
If I have a breakout I will sometimes leave some sulfer soap on it overnight.( Not on eyes/lashes) If i do that it heals in just a couple of days.

I just wanted to say that I have been dealing with hyperpigmentation on my shoulders, arms, back and neck for almost 20 years. I cannot even begin to tell you how MANY dermatologists I have been do. I have done every treatment known to the medical field and nothing has worked. One doctor even put me on antibiotics for 3 months which completely massacred my gut health. I came across Barbara on YouTube and immediately thought very highly of her. Her insights are beyond words. I tried her diet of staying away from peanuts, oats, refined sugar, gluten and dairy. I have only been doing it for ONE WEEK, JUST ONE WEEK, and already my condition has drastically lightened up. Try Aloe Vera. Wash the part u wish to use, wash yellow gunk liquid for it to be safe an rub inside of leave on your face and leave for 10 mins then wash

Okay my sister has rosacea but it didn't occur until after she got sunburnt really bad. What is still be the same problems that are causing it?

It could be demodex. They react with heat, especially sun. What works for me it Sulfer soap. I use the bar soap from Amazon. It comes in a yellow box that says Sulfer/Azufre on it. It will dry the skin at first and may seem worse as the demodex die off. It can take several months for complete eradication of the mites. I used it morning and night for several months. Now I only use it a couple times per week.
Be sure to rinse the soap from the eyes VERY well, or it will sting later in the day.
My face was painfully covered with rosacea to the point it even got in my eyes. Now I'm all cleaned up😊

So! I found one of these videos around may and reduced sugar, wheat and dairy 🥲 i can't believe it still, i would suffer every year with itchy eyes,the throat itchines and redness, sneezing ,ciughing at night and getting asthma like attacks😢 the only thing i got this year was sneezing, i did cough few times at night but was not as bad as the previous years,id cough and sneeze until i couldnt hold my pee😒

I told my husband who has suffered from psoriasis from when he was a child but he doesn't believe, now we live in italy and cheese and pasta are eaten every day here, and breakfast is always some sweet cake
