este genero en Uruguay tiene mas de 30 años, surgió de cuando por los 90 vinieron a tocar a Montevideo Mano Negra, y los músicos de esa época(lo under me imagino) quedaron locos con los vientos y el ska...lo otro es historia, fusiones con cosas de acá, fue evolucionando, etc. lo que pasa con la música en todo el mundo.
