The lyrics of Dariush's song "Bi Hamegan" convey a deep feeling of love and dependency. The chorus "Bi Hamegan Be Sar Shod" translates to "without everyone else, it comes to an end." This line suggests that the singer's world could end without the presence of his love interest. The repetition of "Bi To Be Sar Nemishod" emphasizes this idea further - "without you, it won't come to an end."
The second verse of the song is particularly poetic. The words "Jah o Jalal Man Tui" translate to "you're my greatness and glory." This sentiment expresses that the singer's love is his everything; she represents his kingdom and wealth. The final line of the verse, "An Mani Koja Ravi" translates to "Where could I find what's mine?" and emphasizes the idea that the singer's world revolves around his love.
The bridge of the song is particularly emotional. The words "Khab Mara Babastei, Naghshe Mara Beshtei, Vaz Hamae Am Gousstei" translate to "you've closed my eyes in sleep, washed away my image, and shattered me from all worth." These words convey the idea that the singer's love is all-consuming, to the point where nothing else in his life matters.
Overall, the song "Bi Hamegan" is a beautiful expression of love and devotion. The singer's words convey a deep sense of dependence on his love interest, as well as a feeling of being lost without her. The poetic language and emotive delivery of the lyrics make this song a classic in Iranian music.
