The singer is my mum when she was 18 years old.
Funny to see one of her songs on YouTube.

@Mother of Imps, I've created a twitter account and followed you but it won't let me send you a message, it's possible I'm being a bit thick of course 🤦♀️
Mother of Imps
@Ellen Colville Sorry for the late reply - of course I don't mind! I'm so sorry to hear about Del - he was a good man, and I remember the times with him in the band very fondly. If you don't mind me asking, what happened? You can message me on Twitter ( Mother_of_Imps@NamuratheLock ) if you don't wish to post it here.

@Mother of Imps Hi Jo, this is Ellen - Del's partner. I have this on vinyl and saw yours and Colins comments, hope you don't mind me chipping in. I didn't realise Del was your groomsman, thankyou for your lovely words x
Mother of Imps
Hi Colin, it's Jo (Polis Ranger's Mum). I'm so sorry I didn't hear sooner about your brother. Del was a good friend - he was even a Groomsman at my wedding - and this news really shook me. I have a lot of good memories of gigging up and down the country with him. He was a top bloke, and a top drummer, and I'm so very sorry for your loss. I was just searching for this track to show my mum, and saw your comment...it's an unbelievable coincidence that I did that on the exact anniversary of his passing. I'll be thinking of you and Del tonight, and I'll raise a glass to both of you. Much love.
