Started to do music in earlier years. The beginnings were with classical music. In the age of 6 years he started to play Violin, Guitar and had a Vocal education.
Dj-ing and producing since 1998/99. Styles like; Drumandbass, House, Techno, and Unplugged stuff.

Studied Advanced Music & Media Technology at Bruckner Conservatorium in Linz.

Now studying Biology and Life science at the university of Vienna.

Since 1999 he works with drawings, electronic music, composition and visual art.

Learning how to properly supplement B1 (thiamine) helped me to sleep at night again (pineal gland I think), after ten years of fighting a sleep schedule that wanted go upside down, over and over. The thiamine (and its needed friends) cut my constant hot flashes down to 3 per day and they are less intense (hypothalamus. Thiamine deficiency is really tough on certain areas of the thalamus.). It also resolved the issue of CoViD brain: I am back to pre-CoviD brain energy. My neighbor woke me tonight. Thin walls, loud mouth.

Low thiamine does not always mean alcoholism or a deficient diet. Certain enzymes may shut down, and actually this is normal, they are supposed to be able to be signaled to come on and off. But something may make them unable to re-engage again. If its not a simple deficiency, some may need megadoses of thiamine to flood the enzymes to get them activated. That will be needed for life, is my understanding but thiamine is a linchpin for mitochondrial energy and mitochondrial energy is health and life.

Book by Dr. Londale and Chandler Marrs PHD. This is not a matter of popping one pill. You have to learn A LOT! Do things in order. Also there is a mitochondrial nutrients group I joined that was a huge help to me. And there are blogs at Hormones Matter, some of them written by Dr. Derrick Lonsdale. Viruses (and those certain shots) can put a hit on your thiamine. Lots of things can. Oh, and EO Nutrition on YouTube is great Elliot taught me so much. Important details. There and on Facebook. You dont want to screw it up. And you can.

My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. Please take 3 big deep breathes and just listen to the smooth calm and relaxing waves 🌊 crash going up the shore.
