The lyrics of Punctual's song "Mela" don't have a direct meaning because the words are sung in a language that isn't understood by a majority of people, which is known as Gibberish. In this particular song, the lyrics mostly consist of made-up words that sound melodic and rhythmic. The use of gibberish in music has an intention of making the song more interesting and catchy to the audience. Listeners can still appreciate the song based on the overall melody, tempo, and feeling conveyed through the singing of those invented words.
The repeated lines "Bi ba do po no wena we ne sa me na mela" and "Ba dada ap do po no we na mela wone wole se ne la mela" contribute to the song's infectious rhythm, complemented by the beat that progresses throughout the track. The only recognizable words in the lyrics are "de se mela" sung at the end of the song, which could be roughly translated to "this is the melody." The repeated lines, then, might indicate that the song title itself is derived from these lyrics.
Punctual’s “Mela” is an excellent display of how the interplay between rhythm and words can produce a mesmerizing sound. The song's popularity is due to its catchy beat and mesmerizing melody, despite being sung in an invented language. It is an example of how music and language can work together to create an immersive experience, in which the rhythm of the words is equally as significant as their meaning.

The singer is emphasizing the repeated syllables to call attention to the phrase. The phrase itself has no actual meaning, but serves as a key part of the song's rhythm.
Ba dada ap do po no we na mela wone wole se ne la mela
Again, the repeated syllables are used for rhythm. The singer adds a few additional syllables, but they still have no true meaning.
Ka na wo no se ne na mela
A new phrase is introduced here, but it remains ambiguous in meaning.
Bi da ta no so ne wela mela
This phrase, like the others, has no clear meaning. It serves only to provide another layer of sound to the music.
Ah wa no se waaaaaaaahh weeeeaaaaaahhhh de se mela
The singer adds a new sound to the mix, creating a climax before the song fades out. This line, too, lacks actual meaning.
