Edit: Spoiler kinda: Just checked. I was lvl 10, managed to go up to the Penthouse. I then died, my lvl went to 9. And I am now not longer able to go to the Penthouse.
Not sure how I feel about the fact you can lose out on an important area like that

I'm fairly new and have 1 question. Putting a spoiler warning for the ''story'' quest/tasks just incase.

I'm about Credit Lvl 9. Had some bad runs, lost a bunch of credits, so I went from lvl 9 to 8.
I have a quest to get to Credit Lvl 10 to talk to the administrator and unlock the penthouse. Will I permanently unlock this once I reach lvl 10? So even if I go under 10 again, I'll still have it.
Or Will I lose out on my penthouse if I go below 10?

CTRL+Left click will automatically move items you're looting into your Inventory, and it will also automatically add them to the respective stack if you have it. It's much faster than right clicking and selecting pick up from the menu

They likely called the heartbeat "smell" to make it separate and distinct from "hearing" for balance purposes; so that you could be deafened but still interact with the heartbeat mechanic, and because they didn't want the hearing radius to be augmentable

Tip I've learned the hard way. Put landmines next to elevators. Put landmines Infront of the banker. You can also drop items / even human hearts over them to obscure them. It's pretty nasty.

Oh and some other ones I thought of. Punching windows only deal 15 damage instead of 50 rolling through them. You can store weapons loaded with ammo. You can reload weapons in the apartment. Some more.

So THAT'S what smell is for! I'll add one: weapons also frequently drop at the museum at the very northwest in the display cases. It's a little hard to spot if you haven't been there, two strips of road around the void. In the warehouse on kawai dock there's one weapon locker tucked away on the right side. Also, I saw a briefcase on top of a proximity mine at the bank. Didn't work on me, but I had to admire it's deviousness. Also the briefcase had one piece of excriment inside. A true artist.

learned a lot of these tips the hard way, but it's definitely nice to see a tips video in youtube.
Bonus Tip: Each type of pills enhancer need 20 pills to cap at limits. 50% smell, 250% sight, 50% vitality, 30% movement speed, and lastly 50% endurance. eating extra pills after capped do nothing, the only thing i didn't test out is will my stats go over cap by eating mushrooms

My max stats died when the new update drops, queue me into high level lobby and everyone is running around with AR and some nasty bullets. Now I feel significantly weaker without the stats and have to switch gear to play passively.

Honestly, same. I died from inverted control and no dodge (super fun twitch integration lol) and I was on like a 12 game spree. I had no idea how much of a difference those stats made.

@Shini Gaming i actually almost stepped on a landmine once, but i'm certain that will kill a max stats unless there's some kind of items that mitigate damage. Don't know if such item exist though.

this helped me a lot, I too find it difficult some times to follow the timer, I have a wearable watch, before going down I just asked to put a timer, then I get a soft nudge on my wrist to find an elevator in time :)

IDK if you still play this or not, but heres something you didn't mention. Actually instead of holding CTRL and left clicking, just press F. It does exactly the same thing but at the press of ONE button (as long as you've got the item you want highlighted, and for that i just use A & D to navigate the items). Also if you hold F you'll take everything from what you're searching. Anyway thanks for your video, it actually did teach me a few things. Not mentioned here but still learned from you was the fact that you can roll over the front (and back if low enough) of cars.

It's been awhile since I played. I actually recorded the audio for a guide on growing different bullets but then my pc broke and they put out a patch so all my numbers are wrong lol

It got to where the match time was like 5 minutes so I stopped playing. Seems like there is a lot of buzz lately so I might have to fire it up again

Its brutal in its own way. I have over 1k hrs in EFT. Going to take learning the map and item spawn areas. Map navigation is my crutch. Lol

Works really fast near high loot zones because ppl hit the loot and try to get out.

If you have a sniper you can see people and they cannot see or smell you, then you throw a nade at them and from their perspective it just appears out of nowhere lol ^.^

Also, if you're pure evil, land mine at elevator

Not sure it's a tip. I've been doing ammoless runs. The lack of risk has freed me to learn and practice. I've been having a lot of success especially since I'm not attached to my weapons anymore.

I dont think it changes the difficulty. The better you do the harder the enemy players will be but the AI always stays the same

Hello, I had an error with the game that when I received the fridge, I could hack 3 or 4 walls of the apartment, but just when I was organizing all my PC it crashed. When I go back into the game, I see that I can't beak anything and it tells me that I need a beak. Where can I get it? has my game been corrupted? That's a quest reward before you can buy it. At the start each time you sleep you unlock a new NPC with a mission, just keep doing that and you'll get it eventually.

I forget who gives it to you, might even be Octave.

there's ATM around the city you can pull out money if you need it to buy something, and with shops item change everyday you can't prepare the money you need at base. So it's best to have money in bank, check what are selling for that match, if you like the item pull money out and buy it, rather then holding 100k plus running store to store see what you can and can't buy.
