I actually think that not filming the ceremony is more reasonable than the hair/makeup requests. There's a bunch of stories out there from professional wedding photographers of them trying to get a good shot of the kiss or the bride walking down the isle and some Karen of a wedding guest getting in the way so they can snap a pic with their iPhone. The request is basically, "Hey, we have a professional photographer/videographer coming and we want to make sure they have space to get the shots they want.
