The Other Side
the dungeon Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Making the play, the future is mine
Seizing the day, walking the line
Here I stand, just a man with his life in his hands
With tooth and nail and hand over fist I climb
On and on

A dream of a life far from here
I know one day I'll find

[Chorus]
A better way
A brighter day
The perfect life
Is on the other side

A chance for me
To live the dream
The grass is green
On the other side

Reaching the top and I wonder, is this all there is?
All those years that I walked the line
Played the role, took it's toll
On this goldfish bowl I call life
From every direction a voice
Don't know which way to turn

I search for a life far from here
The one I left behind

[Chorus]

Another headline, another fallen star
Are we better off where we are?

[Chorus x2]

I think there are two other important Mueh'Zala abilities worth mentioning. He will spawn a Stellar Cloud to anyone who tries to leave the platform he is on during the fight, any phase besides the totem one. These thing float around dealing constant damage and will probably wipe the group. Just don't run up the stairs while you're fighting him.

The other one is Crush. If a player is not in melee range of him during this, he will inflict massive AoE damage to the whole party. Generally most tanks are already standing near him but I have seen instances where they forget to stay on top of him. There will be time to move accordingly during Master of Death.

Final tip, learn to telegraph where the portals will take you. Left most portal will take you to the left most platform behind Mueh'Zala, right most the closest one to the right, and so on. You can also see any remaining totems in the distance behind him. Say you kill both the left totems the first round, depending on which platform he begins the next fight you'll need to know which portal to take because you'll be moved to a different side of the room. Look for the totems and take the corresponding portal.

Important to know: Hakkars Blood Barrier also hits his minions, wich also increases the size of his barrier. So make sure to focus the adds to not buff his barrier more than needed

You forgot to mention that spellstealing the buff from the ghosts in the Hakkar hallway causes the person spellstealing to die after the buff runs out.

Really great guide! Good to see a guide from someone I know is well versed in what they are talking about. Good pacing aswell. Some guides go over the spells so fast it's hard to keep up and memorize. It's really helpful to get to see the abilties in actions for a bit, like you showed here.

Question: The cultists also cast Scribe. Did you not mention it because it doesn't do enough damage to worry about? I'm watching to figure out which packs I can pull big and which I shouldn't on a bear, with low magic mitigation.
