The Tweezers were around from 1980 to 1985 and released 2 records; You Got … Read Full Bio ↴The Tweezers were around from 1980 to 1985 and released 2 records; You Got Me With Your Tweezers, a four-song, 7โ EP in 1981, produced by Dan Van Patten, drummer with Berlin; and in 1984-85 a six-song 12โ EP titled Loveable & Fearless. The band was based in Orange County, Southern California and played constantly at clubs in the LA/OC area, having shared the bill with artists such as Tom Verlaine, 20/20, Gary Myrick, Robert Stoddard, The Nu Beams, the Surf Punks, and the Bangles.
You Got Me With Your Tweezers received airplay on KNAC radio, at the time very supportive of local bands, on KROQ via Rodney Bingenheimer, and on many college radio stations.

Stage 1: the very basics, ends with a pattern that even the 3ds prequel expects you to do on the regular
Stage 2: introduces more timings, ends with a slightly harder but still pathetically easy pattern
Stage 3: introduces curly hairs, ends with a super easy pattern made out of them
Stage 4: doubles the precision with which hairs can be placed, ends with the final pattern from vegeta-pull/rhythm tweezers 2
Stage 5: does cool shit with faster hairs and offbeats, ends with the final pattern from vegeta-pull 2
Stage 6: introduces lighting-quick hairs into normal gameplay, ends with a more complex version of stage 5's final pattern
Stage 7: unsatisfying offbeats and overlapping curly hairs are abundant, i think it's safe to say we're past anything nintendo would make (especially since it ends with an onslaught of rapid-fire hairs)
Stage 8: if you weren't using an emulator before, you're definitely gonna need it now. there are clusters of hairs faster than ever seen before in an official rhythm heaven game. this is also when the player character decides to reveal their extra pairs of tweezers. stage 5's final pattern is here, but with all the hairs replaced with curly hairs.
Stage 9: abandon all hope. this brutal stage pelts you with never ending- wait, why is it so easy? maybe they're giving us a break after stage 8- nope, there it is. pretty much par for the course at this point. you're dreading the last pattern. a completely hairless onion gives you the death stare. this is it. a full-on beard. but, the potato is insatiable. he is dissatisfied. he asks you to repeat all 9 stages. you're trapped in the loop. you're not even a factory worker anymore. you're just a
