Who else loves the moment with Krillin and Trunks. "Oh, and Vegeta's gonna die." It seems like a joke, (and tbh it kinda is) but it displays his experience. He saw Piccolo Jr, Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta, The Ginyus, Freeza, the Androids, and now Cell at almost every form of their strength. He has a great deal of feeling out the power levels of those around them, especially when they are stronger than him, and when he encounters Perfect Cell, from a single backhand, he could tell that Cell far surpassed Vegeta's current power. Oh, and when he can also feel Trunks' power, and then calls him on his bullshit, it's pretty funny.
