I THINK I FIGURED THIS OUT

First bar is a 9/8(3+3+3) bar followed by another 9/8 bar of silence. Then it starts to switch between bars of 6/4(regular counting yay) and 9/8(3+3+3) bars. This happens four times. In the next measure vocals come in, and the pattern of 9/8(3+3+3) switching to 6/4 is repeated four times.

This is where something weird happens-metric modulation occurs. The quarter note triplet from the 6/4 measure is now our new beat (this speeds up the tempo by a third) AND IT STARTS A SEVEN BEAT PHRASE! So now we are in a new tempo AND are now in 7/4. there are 12 7/4 bars in this new section before we jump back into the original tempo via a 9/8(3+3+3). then the usual 9/8 6/4 changeover happens again

When they start runnin around it's in 11/4. Then a metric modulation happens again, same thing, the beat is now the quarter note triplet from the 6/4(although in this case it would be the 11/4 bar)

And now we are in 6/8. and then it starts to switch back and forth between 6/8 to 6/4,and when that phrase is done, we are back to what was going on in the beginning with the whole switching from 9/8(3+3+3) into 6/4.

AND THEN for the ending it's two bars of 9/8 followed by a phrase of 7 in the same tempo of the first metric modulation and then some more counting and the last note.

*****
"The pace changes too much"
Because it's math rock.

"drummer plays too fast and others cant keep up"
Math rock changes both bpm and time signature. I think you're new to high bpm song.

"the part where they just start walking randomly doesn't make sense"
You mean the part they walk past the stranger? Well, that's exactly what describes the song title.

"instruments play separately and create noise instead of cooperating and making one good song"
Again, it's math rock with ever changing time signature and bpm. They sound beautiful to me.

"guy on penny board comes out of nowhere and doesn't know how to ride it."
Well, I don't think that matters a lot...

"The only thing i liked about this was the rainbow effect they did on the lead singers hat, that was pretty cool"
You've got some weird taste mister lol It's alrite I'm cool with it ^_^

Oh man, you can't beat that footwork that starts at at 0:44, and then the groove just becomes too much and she cuts the rug with the sharpest of swords . She is shredding and grooving at the same time. Love it.
