Wetwerks was born in 1998 when Seth Warden (vocals/guitar) and Rob Parzek (drums) submitted a demo to a "Next Big Thing" contest from a local rock radio station. That won them a spot to open for Blink-182 and Everclear at a festival sponsored by the station. Nate Giordano (bass guitar) joined Wetwerks to play the gig and to fill out the band.
Wetwerks' first album "Further Than My Eyes" has sold out [Update April 23, 2007: also no longer available through Amazon.com]. You can prepurchase a limited edition of their next album at SellaBand.
