Stay
wildes Lyrics

I'm touching your face and I
Can't get very far
You travel a million miles
Always in the stars
And crossing the clouds
A fading moon
Whispered "It's goodbye"
But as it starts to die

Stay awhile
Show your love
Child among the stars
Just stay awhile
Lay with me
Tell me who you are

I've never believed in much
What can I be worth ?
I'm always a shooting star
Falling down to earth
I prayed in my heart
You'd never know
Feelings wouldn't show
But now before you go

Stay awhile
Show your love
Child among the stars
Just stay awhile
Lay with me
Tell me who you are

And crossing the clouds
A fading moon
Whispers "It's goodbye"
But as it starts to die

Stay awhile
Show your love
Child among the stars
Just stay awhile
Lay with me
Show me who you are

Just stay awhile

@Ares Horror Do you think you could help me out? I remember most of the songs, but I missing like two of them. I KNOW for a fact that I'm missing at least one. Here's my list of the songs that I remember, in my best recollection of the order they were played in:

-"Stay" (obviously)
-"Timeless" by Imperial Teen, from the album Now We Are Timeless
-"Canyon Lines" by Amber Rubarth, from the album Wildflowers in the Graveyard
-"Rebel Girl" by Angels and Airwaves
-
-"New Blues" by Tokyo Police Club
-

Like I said, I KNOW for a fact that I'm missing at least one song in particular. It was a female singer, and the song was somewhat similar to "Canyon Lines." It kind of carried the same tone, vibe, and energy. It was soft, and could be seen as a little depressing? I even sometimes saw it as sort of a hybrid or middle ground between "Canyon Lines" and "Stay".

I'm pretty sure I'm missing another song too, and I have a feeling it played after "New Blues", but I don't remember as many details as I do with the other missing song. This is probably because me and the other ushers were rarely behind enough to hear it often, so I listened to it only a few times.

Thank you for any help you can provide. We're in this journey together.

WILDES

Hey! Thanks for posting these. They're not quite right though - here are the correct lyrics.

If there was a reason I would turn away and run
Turn to face the sun
If there was a reason you'd be pushing me away
Not begging me to stay

So I'll stay if you want me
I'll go if you only say
'Cause time's pressing on me
I'll hear what you have to say

You can see me brightly
Even when the world is dark
Even when I lose my spark

I'll stay if you want me
I'll go if you only say
'Cause time's pressing on me
I'll hear what you have to say

I'll stay if you want me
And go if you only say
This time's pressing on me
I'll hear what you have to say

Stay, stay, stay
I heard you say my name
You pushed me harder to stay,
But I, I'll never live your lie
I heard you say my name
You push me harder to stay but I
But I, I'll never live your lie

So I'll stay if you want me
And go if you only say
'Cause time's pressing on me
I'll hear what you have to say
Stay

@Forceful_Spork: The Boys Archive Also, I know what you mean by the song similar to Stay and Canyon Lines. The only thing I can remember distinctly is a verse that said, "Are we human, are we real?"

Ares Horror

@Forceful_Spork: The Boys Archive I remember "Green, White, and Orange" from Gaelic Storm, one of the last songs. Thanks for sharing yours, I had the first four, plus Green, White, and Orange in a playlist.

@Kaiser Amadeus Yeah, that's what I just did. I added all the songs I could remember from the first soundtrack since they just changed it.

Kaiser Amadeus

@Ares Horror sorry I do not know where to go for that info. They do tell you the name of the song and artist, so you could make your own playlist. But I do not know of any existing playlist.

It's Ya Boi Daniel

Just like plenty of other people in this comment section, I heard this song in a movie theater. I couldn't remember what was being said multiple times, so I was just left wondering what this song could possibly be. Tonight, on October 24, 2021, after the movie No Time To Die, I managed to actually remember a few key lyrics, and I eventually found the song. Great song. Unfortunately, that means I had to go through multiple other songs which showed up first in the search results, and didn't even have the exact lyrics which were searched up. That means this song is nowhere near as popular as it should be, and deserves to be. Hopefully this song gets the recognition that it deserves, because I can only imagine how many people have heard it, but never found it for themselves to enjoy due to the search results being janky on it.

I work at a theater that just opened back up due to Covid and I hear this song everytime I'm cleaning up an auditorium after a movie ends and this song used to drive me insane and hated it. But I grew to really liking this song and now I listen to it when I'm not a work lol. Such a relaxing song! 🙂
