Thanks man, I'm glad you like! It's nice to be able to contribute to this crazy talented community. In general with the songs I sing on, if it's a traditional instrument, it's me. So, yes I play the guitar. Conversely Z does the synth stuff. He also writes the music and mixes everything. I might contribute lyrics or add my own spin to a vocal melody line or something similar, but the vast majority is Zahqo. As far as the guitar sound, it's an actual guitar run thru some amp emulation software.
