It took me SO LONG to understand this reference. This is reference to ballet dancer Mikhail Baryshnikov, who was known as the most prolific male ballet dancer of the 1970s and 80s. Even when he was dancing in Russia he was making headlines to the NYT. In 1974 he defected to Canada and became a US citizen in 1986.

Possibly the best ERB ever. The guest rappers are amazing and truly capture a large chunk of Russian history. The music shift to the 80's with Gorbechev and then to the 2000's with Putin is spot on. I show this to students researching Russian history (with a warning about the language). You could almost pass a high school Russian history test by watching this video.

Yeah but the problem with that is, that currently everybody who dies and CAN BE attributed to Putin in any way, will be.

So we will never know if it was really Putin behind it or if it was simply a "natural dead".

Seriously, Nawalyn was already locked up and nobody was fighting for him, he was almost forgotten and killing him right up before the Elections was a sure way of gathering unnecessary attention to Putin, which he certainly wouldnt want.

He was a radical and an unpopular figure in the party, considered an idealist even by Bolshevik standards. Trust me, I am absolutely not trying to shit on you here.
