I genuinely don't know what's up with Gwen and Niall's criticism; Azán sang that song amazingly! Her tone is clear, beautiful, warm, and she added her own taste on it with some immaculate runs and even some grit in the second verse. This was the PERFECT song choice for her, nothing about the performance was "overwhelming", and there were no tuning issues in the beginning -- perfection from beginning to end.

AZAN is amazing! If I could give a rating for this I'd give it an A+ honestly. I have no constructive criticisms to give. She's the kind of artist I root for every season to make finale. Yeah Niall absolutely did not know what he was talking about. She did NOT have any pitch problems. She sung that flawlessly. Then a little later Niall & Gwen turned around for someone that absolutely DID have pitch problems. And Niall told that girl that he knew it was just her nerves kicking in 🙄. I’m not sure what his deal is but I’m not feeling him as a judge. If it wasn’t for Harry Styles I don’t think we would even know who Niall even is. I wish Harry wasn’t too busy to have been selected as a judge instead. Sorry not sorry 🤷🏽‍♀️.
