Cinco años tiene este vídeo y hoy, con los ejercicios de respiración, me sentí confiado y tranquilo 🤧😭 me dió nostalgia al escuchar al doctor decir que no nos vamos a morir, y pues es parte de mis miedos eso. Realmente quiero poner en práctica eso, sobre todo seguir escuchando tipos de musicoterapia, frecuencias y ruido blanco para este problema de vértigo y ansiedad. Muchas gracias.

@Miguel Mora si pasaron muchas cosas ya no podiamos comer y una vez fuimos a.misa somos católicos y ala hora de la comunión yo sin pensar en nada solamente me levante y comulge y tome el vino y cuando ina caminando a mi banca me di cuenta de lo que avia echo pude pasarme la ostia y el vino y de ahí fue donde empese a darme cuenta que yo podía salir de ese infierno que vivíamos y si tardamos dos años para empezar de nuevo mira yo te comprendo perfectamente solo te digo que tu puedes si yo pude y nunca pierdas tu fe porque cuando mas caidos estamos Dios nos sostiene en sus brazos y no nos deja tirados Dios te ayude ahora yo estoy curada sin medicamentos solo mi padre Dios y mi santa madre y san miguel arcangel que intersedieron por nosotros mi fe me curo te deseo de todo corazón encuentres la paz y el amos de Dios Amén 🙌
